Credits must be included in metadata, liner notes, and promotional materials.

The Artist may register the release with their PRO (ASCAP, BMI, etc.) under their artist name.

Publishing ownership remains as outlined above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For registration purposes, the composition is split 50% Artist / 50% Liel Bar-Z LLC.
Usage Rights

You may release, distribute, stream, and monetize the track on all major platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

Monetization is included under both Exclusive and Non-Exclusive purchases.

Usage rights are shared.

Liel Bar-Z may license the vocals/topline for other projects.

Single-user license for the Master Recording.

The track is removed from public sale.
